Include your app version, device and iOS version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help; avoid sharing private or sensitive information.
Opening a document
Import a PDF from Files or create one from photos in the app. Keep a source copy. If a document does not open correctly, contact support with the file type, app version and message you see. Avoid sending sensitive documents.
Reviewing an AI result
AI can make mistakes or change meaning and layout. Compare names, numbers, wording and formatting against the source, then review the exported PDF before using or sharing it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the restore option in the app. Review current usage allowances and pricing before purchasing. Manage subscriptions in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
